Originally from Italy, I currently live in Chiang Mai, Thailand. I left Italy at a time in my life when I needed a radical change with the intention of taking back my health.
Over the years I faced personal challenges and health issues that led me to look more closely at the how and why of what I was experiencing. Before leaving Italy I had already started studying and practicing holistic ways to heal myself, mainly through books that introduced me to different forms of meditation and breathing techniques. I could see the benefits, but they were not sustainable because the environment I was in was holding me down.
All of this eventually facilitated my choice to move to Thailand, a country deeply rooted in Eastern and holistic medicine, where I began a real process of healing thanks to great teachers who initiated me. Two of them have been especially significant in my transformation: Simba Stenqvist and Marissa Newell, both deeply rooted in Internal Alchemy, with Marissa specialised in Qi Gong. After an initial period of absorbing knowledge mainly from retreats and courses, I entered a time of isolation to process and detach from what I had learned. From there I began a phase of self-understanding, which led me to live in a way that is more adaptable and less rigid, without holding onto one fixed path.
My background is strongly influenced by Qi Gong and Internal Alchemy (shaped by Hermetic principles), a way of working with body, mind and emotions. Alongside this, I attended intensive meditation retreats with monks, where I received teachings that still live within me. Astrology has always been present along my path. It is one of my deepest passions and has helped me gain a clearer understanding of how my life was unfolding. I have also developed a strong connection with Tarot/Oracle cards and dream interpretation.
